A weekend of inner cleansing, grounding & reconnection.
The NAMASTE DAYS invite you to center yourself, find new clarity and start the quieter season with fresh energy. The theme of these days is all about balance and inner equilibrium. This weekend is an invitation to conscious inner alignment, physical, mental and emotional cleansing and reconnection and grounding with your true essence.
You can expect a powerful combination of different yoga styles, healing workshops, impulses for self-reflection, live music and a lively community. This weekend is all about cleansing, balancing and reconnecting - to your true essence, to your inner voice and to what is really important to you.
The new moon in Virgo accompanies us this weekend and opens a space for conscious alignment, inner order and new clarity. In a world that is constantly changing, we can always reconnect with what is essential - with our depth, our truth and the simplicity of being.
We start on Saturday with the theme of inner cleansing, using the element of fire. You will feel how the doing and the yang rekindle the fire within you to burn away the old. This day helps us to increase our flow of prana in order to immerse ourselves in reconnection and grounding on Sunday. The element of earth helps us to become calmer, more relaxed and more grounded. We transition from Yang to our Yin energy, from summer to fall, from the outside to the inside. By the end of this weekend you will feel clear, centered and completely at your core.
Enjoy the last warm days of summer on the shores of Lake Wörthersee with a lively community, sunsets and magical moments.
Katharina Schüler, founder of Yoga am Seerosensteg, will guide you through many touching yoga sessions. Other guest teachers are Nicola Feslberger, Nina Moser-Huber, Franz Josef and Heike Kern.

Yoga teacher and founder of Yoga am Seerosensteg
Katharina, founder of Yoga am Seerosensteg, has been practising yoga for over 15 years and has gained in-depth knowledge and valuable experience, which she passes on in her yoga classes. She was able to teach her first yoga class in a well-known retreat center in Thailand. Before that, she traveled through India for 8 months and learned everything she could about yoga and meditation. She has been teaching yoga since 2018 and finds immense joy in accompanying others on their journey and bringing a smile to their faces. Practicing and teaching yoga fills her with deep gratitude, humility and inner stillness. Yoga at Seerosensteg is a place of power in the middle of nature that helps you to connect with your inner self.
the fire within you - Flow with your breath
A dynamic vinyasa flow that awakens your inner fire and activates your system. You will find strength, focus and vitality in the rhythm of your breath. This session not only strengthens your body, but also invites you to reconnect with your inner power.
Balinese water ceremony & flower ritual
A ceremonial transition: letting go of the old, consciously expressing your wishes, cleansing with water and flowers. This session is a loving act of cleansing and realignment - inspired by Balinese ritual practice. An invitation to connect with your heart.
Heart-opening Yin session with the touching sounds of the harp
Gentle, held Yin postures meet the healing sounds of the harp and chanted mantras. This session invites you to soften, open up and feel more deeply. A journey inwards - carried by sound, breath and devotion.
Slow flow with yin elements + harmonium
A calm, nourishing practice that combines gentle movement with deep letting go. Flowing elements from Vinyasa meet held Yin positions. The sound of the harmonium accompanies the beginning and end of the practice.
Nico from Nicoya Yoga loves life and being inspired by it every day.
She is a yoga teacher, designer and free spirit. She creates colorful events and adventurous retreats all over the world.
Her yoga sessions are playful, dynamic and characterized by creative sequences that make body and soul dance. Nico is known for her successful DEEP HOUSE yoga events and her fun-loving way of bringing things into the world.
At Namaste Days, she will introduce you to the world of Kundalini energy and you can expect an exciting session for your energy body.
Kundalini Activation
Our energy flows - continuously. In this activating session, we approach the subtle level and observe exactly how the practice affects the body, mind and soul. You can expect powerful kriyas, asanas and a long final meditation for integration.
Franz - founder of Calma Yoga Krems and a yogi with a heart - focuses on a holistic practice that touches on all levels. Shaped by adventures on the rocks and on the surfboard, he found the balance between strength, focus and letting go in yoga. His classes are inspired by the spirituality of Bali and combine movement, breathing, mindfulness and meditation. His practice ranges from powerful vinyasa flows to gentle yin and deeply relaxing sound baths.
Prana moves your body
This morning practice combines flowing movements with conscious breath control to activate your energy system and deeply ground you at the same time. Prana - the life energy - is brought into flow through mindful presence and targeted movement sequences. Ideal for aligning yourself on a physical and mental level, releasing tension and getting the day off to a powerful start.
Gong & sound bath + yin
This final session is a sound and body ritual for integration. Yin yoga positions open up your body, while gong, singing bowls and subtle vibrations allow you to relax deeply. An invitation to process what you have experienced and let it fade away - in peace, depth and connection.
As a Breathe to Heal Facilitator, according to Max Strom, I support people in recognizing and releasing emotional blockages so that they can go through life more liberated and with more ease.
I attach great importance to offering my participants a valuable balance to their hectic everyday lives and therefore my goal is to create a space that promotes relaxation and introspection so that everyone can find a little more balance. I want you to leave my class with a sense of inner balance, calm and contentment and, through this conscious time out, allow yourself the relaxation that you may sometimes miss in everyday life.
Breathe to Heal
Experience how conscious breathing calms your thoughts and opens your heart. This guided practice supports you in alleviating anxiety, reducing stress, freeing yourself emotionally and calming your nervous system.
"To be seen, heard, understood and touched is the greatest gift I can receive from someone. To see, hear, understand and touch others is the greatest gift I can give someone."
Virginia Satir
Irina Urbajs is an osteopath, occupational therapist and Shiatsu practitioner.
In addition to her vocation as a therapist, Irina is passionate about touching and accompanying groups with her music. Her main instrument is the harp and singing. She accompanies the Yin session with her harp and her voice. Harp sounds and mantra singing combined with the gentle Yin Yoga practice invites you to relax.
In her holistic healing massage practice "Natura ", Heike Kern helps people to regain inner balance and well-being. People and nature are the focus of the practice.
As a massage therapist and certified herbalist, she combines in-depth knowledge with an active connection to nature. In her herb bundling workshop, she not only teaches the practical art of bundling, but also in-depth knowledge about the plants, their effects and their significance in the incense ritual. It will be a sensual ritual that reminds, connects and grounds.
The return to the original is particularly close to her heart.
Many people today feel the need for more inner peace, grounding and balance - a need that Heike encounters again and again in her daily practice. With a wealth of experience and dedication, she creates space for healing, connection to nature and a conscious return to what truly nourishes us as human beings.
